完了教團宣言（Cult of Done Manifesto）

1.
　　作品只有三種狀態：無知，行動中，還有完成。
（There are three states of being. Not knowing, action and completion.）

2.
　　將所有東西都接納為草稿。這會幫忙你完成作品。
（Accept that everything is a draft. It helps to get it done.）

3.
　　世上無所謂編改階段。
（There is no editing stage.）

4.
　　假裝你知道自己在做什麼，幾乎就和你知道自己在做什麼一模一樣，所以就算你什麼都不知道，仍要接受你知道自己在做什麼，然後直接行動。
（Pretending you know what you’re doing is almost the same as knowing what you are doing, so just accept that you know what you’re doing even if you don’t and do it.）

5.
　　拋棄拖延跟懶癌。你若必須等超過一週的時間才願意做完某個點子，就直接放棄它吧。
（Banish procrastination. If you wait more than a week to get an idea done, abandon it.）

6.
　　完了的重點，不是要完成作品，而是要做完其他事。
（The point of being done is not to finish but to get other things done.）

7.
　　你一結束，就能把作品扔到一旁。
（Once you’re done you can throw it away.）

8.
　　嘲笑完美主義吧。那種東西太過無趣，也會妨礙你的完了。
（Laugh at perfection. It’s boring and keeps you from being done.）

9.
　　不想弄髒手的人都是錯的。只有行動才會讓你正確。
（People without dirty hands are wrong. Doing something makes you right.）

10.
　　錯誤也是完了。所以就犯錯吧。
（Failure counts as done. So do mistakes.）

11.
　　毀滅也是完了的一種形式。
（Destruction is a variant of done.）

12.
　　如果你有個點子，並將這點子公佈到網路上，那算是鬼魅的完了。
（If you have an idea and publish it on the internet, that counts as a ghost of done.）

13.
　　完了能驅動你做得更多。
（Done is the engine of more.）
